Addresses: Hosting party officials of the City of Tianjin , SME Association President, African ambassadors' representative, Dr. Arkebe Oqubay (Africa's Best Mayor), Pan Li (Vice President and Legal Representative of China Bonded Zone Export Processing Zone Association; Chief Executive of World Free (Trade) Zone Organization China Region; Guest Professor at Ministry of Commerce International Business Officials Training Institute), AGRA Sustainable Growth African Food Systems leader, leaders of two African youth leadership organizations, IFC leader, Shengfei Group leader, Yiyunhui leader. 2. Director Hu Zhengyuan's keynote speech: "Regional Smart Development: New Opportunities for China-Africa Industrial Synergy." 3. Secretary-General Sun Guoqiang's report: Topic to be determined.

Chinese project expert teams provide one-on-one business plan optimization coaching for African leaders' self-brought projects in groups.

Group Discussions and Project Cooperation Matchmaking Smart Cities

Based on African youth leaders' due diligence, the project mentor group proposes implementation plans (can reference Ethiopia's smart security)

industries, start with agricultural mechanization, expand production, jointly build food processing enterprises to achieve domestic sales and export profitability. Smart Healthcare: Based on hospital conditions in African countries, export medical devices, cooperate with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
